Is SR-40K rated for outdoor or tower base station installation?
SR-40K is rated for indoor environmental conditions (dispatch console rooms, equipment closets, indoor shelters). For outdoor and tower base station installation, weatherproof enclosures with NEMA-rated sealing are required (different product line). Tell us the install location and we recommend the appropriate cabinet rating.
Does the SR-40K include cooling fans?
The cabinet has provisions for SP217 and VT120825 cooling fans but typically does not ship with fans installed. For dispatch installations where two mobile radios plus duplexer plus power supply generate significant heat, cooling fans are recommended. We can ship the SR-40K pre-configured with cooling fans installed if requested. Tell us your radio mix and we recommend appropriate cooling.
Are PRO-KEYPAD-3V2 keypads compatible with my existing access control panel?
PRO-KEYPAD-3V2 supports standalone operation (PIN code or proximity card directly unlocks the door) and networked operation via Wiegand 26-bit or 34-bit protocol (compatible with most access control panels including HID, Suprema, ZKTeco, Honeywell, and others). Tell us the panel make and model and we confirm Wiegand compatibility before quoting.
