Is cnMaestro really free?
Yes for most deployments. cnMaestro Essentials (cloud) is free with no per-device subscription for the device counts typical of WISPs and enterprise networks. cnMaestro X is the paid tier and adds enterprise features like SD-WAN orchestration and advanced reporting. We can advise on which tier fits a given deployment scale.
Can you help choose between PMP 450 and ePMP?
Yes. Our engineering desk regularly helps WISPs and integrators decide between PMP 450 (premium tier, GPS sync, mature platform, large-subscriber scale) and ePMP 3000 / 4000 (cost-effective, newer feature set, mid-tier scale) based on subscriber count, geography, interference profile, and budget. What is the Cambium RMA process at EhubAmerica?
Send the unit with a brief problem description and the original order or invoice reference. We issue replacement within 48 hours of receipt for units under warranty. RMA forms and prepaid shipping labels are provided after a quick email exchange. Out-of-warranty service is routed through manufacturer repair channels with quoted pricing.
