Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange.
Some select items that have become damaged through use or misuse, are now missing parts, not in the original condition, or have obvious signs of use, a Restocking Fee will be applied of the purchase price.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipment arrives at the authorized return location. All returned products must be shipped in the same or a comparable shipping container in which the item was originally received to guarantee the return is received in sellable condition. If the product is smashed and/or not resalable due to the type of shipping method selected, we will not be held liable or responsible for refunding the Customer for the return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must send us the serial number of product if there is one. Serialized items are recorded internally upon shipment, and will be verified upon receipt of the return.
Return Process
1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Prepare Your Package: Include your RMA number and Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. Ship Your Return: Mail your return to the address provided in your RMA instructions. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to discuss the exchange process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the shipping costs for replacements.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence

Resolution Options
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying the defect, we will:
- Repair the item at no charge
- Replace the item with a new or refurbished product
- Offer a refund at our discretion
