The PolyPhaser AL-LSXM is a Type N Female-to-Female bulkhead coaxial RF surge protector engineered for high-frequency installations operating between 2.0 GHz and 6.0 GHz. Designed around a DC-shorted filter architecture, the AL-LSXM blocks DC continuity between center pins, making it the right choice for antenna and radio deployments where DC voltage must not pass through the coaxial cable. With a surge current rating of 10 kA, a let-through energy of just 0.5 μJ, and an IP67 weatherproof enclosure, it delivers robust transient and lightning surge suppression for outdoor-exposed infrastructure. The elongated female connector body allows direct mounting through a standard 1/4-inch bulkhead panel or grounding bar, simplifying installation in equipment shelters, rooftop enclosures, and tower-top junction boxes. Insertion loss of no more than 0.1 dB ensures the protector introduces virtually no degradation to signal integrity across its full operating band.
