The Hustler G7-150-3 is a professional-grade VHF base station antenna purpose-built for the 161–167 MHz frequency range, delivering 7 dB of gain across a 4 MHz bandwidth. Constructed from high-resistance aluminum, the antenna is engineered to withstand continuous outdoor exposure and wind loads up to 100 mph, making it well suited for fixed-site commercial and institutional radio installations. Its low radiation angle and stable radiation pattern maximize horizontal signal coverage, while the direct ground connection design helps reduce static buildup and susceptibility to electric discharge. At 4.25 meters in length and rated for up to 600 Watts of input power, the G7-150-3 meets the demands of high-duty-cycle base station environments. An N Female connector interface and included mast or pole mounting hardware simplify integration into existing infrastructure.

Key features & benefits

  • 7 dB Gain with Low Radiation Angle — Delivers 7 dB of gain across the 161–167 MHz band with a stable radiation pattern and low radiation angle, concentrating RF energy toward the horizon for extended coverage in professional base station deployments.
  • 600-Watt Power Handling — Rated for up to 600 Watts, the G7-150-3 accommodates high-power transmitters common in commercial and institutional fixed-site communication systems without thermal or structural compromise.
  • High-Resistance Aluminum Construction — The antenna body is fabricated from high-resistance aluminum, providing structural integrity and long-term corrosion resistance for demanding outdoor environments.
  • Wind Rated to 100 mph — Engineered to maintain structural integrity in wind speeds up to 100 mph (161 km/h), supporting reliable continuous operation at exposed rooftop, tower, or mast installations.
  • Direct Ground Connection Design — Incorporates a direct ground connection that helps reduce exposure to electric discharge and static electricity accumulation, contributing to system longevity and equipment protection.
  • N Female Connector Interface — Terminates in an industry-standard N Female connector, ensuring low-loss, weatherproof connectivity with compatible feedline assemblies used in professional base station configurations.
  • Mast and Pole Mounting Ready — Includes mounting accessories designed for mast or pole diameters up to 1½ inches, enabling straightforward field installation without additional hardware sourcing.
