The Cambium Networks cnMatrix EX2052R-P (part MXEX2052GXPA11, USA version) is a 1U rackmount Intelligent Ethernet PoE switch with 48 Gigabit RJ45 ports and four 10G SFP+ uplinks. It belongs to the cnMatrix EX2000 family and is managed through cnMaestro in the cloud or on premises, with zero touch deployment and Policy Based Automation.

All 48 RJ45 ports deliver 802.3af/at PoE+ at up to 30 W per port and 54 V. The switch takes a removable CRPS power supply, offered by Cambium in 600 W, 930 W and 1200 W AC or DC versions, so the total PoE budget depends on the supply fitted. Cambium lists 176 Gbps throughput, a 120 Mpps forwarding rate at 64-byte packets, an 800 MHz CPU with 512 MB DRAM and 128 MB flash, a 16K MAC table and 0 to 50 °C operating temperature.

The part number covers the switch only: the CRPS power supply and the power cord are ordered separately (Cambium US cord N000900L092A). Layer 3 features include inter-VLAN routing, static routes, DHCP relay, RIPv1/v2 and OSPFv2, and the unit has a serial console, USB port and out-of-band Ethernet management port.
