Do you stock Ubiquiti gear in Miami?

Does the UniFi controller require a license or subscription?
No. UniFi Network is free with no per-device licensing and no recurring controller subscription. You can self-host the controller on your own hardware or run it on a UniFi Cloud Key or Dream Machine. That is the main reason total cost of ownership stays predictable as you add sites and devices, and we can advise on the right controller option for your deployment size.
Is WiFi 7 available now?
Yes. We stock the UniFi U7 WiFi 7 access points (U7 Pro and U7 Lite) alongside the WiFi 6 U6 family. For refreshes, our team can help decide where WiFi 7 is worth it now versus where U6 Pro or U6 Plus remains the better price-performance fit based on client mix and switching capacity.
Do you carry airMAX / UISP fixed wireless for WISPs?
Yes. We stock the common airMAX subscriber and access radios (LiteBeam, NanoStation, PowerBeam), airFiber for point-to-point backhaul, and UFiber GPON for fiber last-mile. Send us the link distance, throughput target, and band, and our engineering desk comes back with a radio pairing and quote.
Can you pre-adopt and configure UniFi gear before shipping?
Yes. We can adopt devices into your UniFi controller, set up VLANs, WiFi networks and SSIDs, apply target firmware, and label units before they ship, so the gear comes online against your existing site config. Send us controller access or the network plan and we ship it staged.
What is the Ubiquiti RMA process at EhubAmerica?
Send the unit with a brief problem description and the original order or invoice reference. We issue replacement within 48 hours of receipt for units under warranty. RMA forms and prepaid shipping labels are provided after a quick email exchange. Out-of-warranty units are routed through manufacturer channels with quoted options.
