D-Link DCS-3710 1.3MP HD WDR PoE Indoor Fixed IP Camera with Two-Way Audio

The D-Link DCS-3710 is a professional-grade indoor fixed network camera engineered for demanding surveillance environments where image integrity cannot be compromised. Built around a 1/3-inch 1.3-megapixel Sony Exmor WDR progressive scan CMOS sensor, it delivers high-resolution footage at up to 1280x1024 regardless of challenging lighting conditions. The integrated Infrared-Cut Removable (ICR) filter enables reliable day-to-night transitions, while Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) processing preserves detail in scenes with simultaneous bright and shadowed areas. A varifocal CS-mount lens with 2.8x optical zoom and F1.0 aperture provides installation flexibility across a range of field-of-view requirements. Wired Power over Ethernet simplifies deployment by eliminating separate power cabling. ONVIF compliance ensures interoperability within open-standard VMS ecosystems, and native integration with D-Link D-ViewCam enables centralized multi-camera management.

Key features & benefits

• Sony Exmor WDR CMOS Sensor — A 1/3-inch 1.3-megapixel Sony Exmor progressive scan CMOS sensor with Wide Dynamic Range technology captures clear, detailed images in scenes with extreme contrast between bright and dark areas.
• True Day/Night with ICR Filter — The mechanically switchable Infrared-Cut Removable filter transitions the camera between full-color daytime operation and sensitive monochrome night imaging, ensuring consistent image quality around the clock.
• Varifocal CS-Mount Lens — A 2.9–8.2 mm DC iris varifocal lens with F1.0 aperture and 2.8x optical zoom allows installers to precisely frame the scene at commissioning without optical quality loss, complemented by 10x digital zoom for post-capture detail examination.
• Multiple Compression Formats and Multi-Stream — Simultaneous H.264, MPEG-4, and MJPEG encoding with multi-stream and mobile stream support lets operators balance bandwidth efficiency against image quality and serve diverse client devices from a single camera.
• Power over Ethernet — IEEE 802.3af-compatible wired PoE connectivity delivers both network data and operating power over a single Ethernet cable, reducing installation complexity and cost.
• Flexible On-Camera Storage — An integrated SD/SDHC card slot supporting up to 32 GB provides local edge recording for redundancy, while NAS recording support extends capacity to network-attached storage infrastructure.
• Comprehensive I/O and Audio — Two digital inputs, one digital output, an external microphone input, external speaker output, and two-way audio capability allow integration with access control systems, intercoms, and alarm peripherals.
• ONVIF Compliance and D-ViewCam Integration — ONVIF compliance guarantees interoperability with third-party video management platforms, while D-Link D-ViewCam provides a native centralized management path for mixed D-Link camera deployments.
• Privacy Masking and Motion Detection — Up to three configurable privacy mask zones protect sensitive areas from view, and built-in motion detection with event recording and email notification enables proactive, automated incident response.
