The DMP 1106-W is a two-input wireless universal transmitter for DMP 1100 Series systems, typically used on doors and windows. Its internal reed switch and external contact input can be programmed to work at the same time, giving two independent zones from one transmitter.

DMP describes the 1106 as less than half the size of the 1101 and 1102 transmitters, at 1.79 x 1.69 x 0.84 in, which allows more discreet placement. It runs on a 3 V lithium battery with a rated life of 5 years, transmits in the 905 to 924 MHz band, and has an internal case tamper switch and a survey LED that confirms communication during installation. The 1106 is among the DMP transmitters that support AES encryption.
