What it is and who it is for

The Edwards G1VWF-SP is a Genesis LED G1 Series compact wall strobe with a white housing and a FUEGO marking. Its LED strobe is field set to 15, 30 or 75 cd with a slide switch under the cover. It synchronizes with Edwards CC Series signal modules, booster and auxiliary power supplies, and intelligent and conventional control panels.

It runs on 16 to 33 VDC or VFWR and draws 24 mA DC or 32 mA FWR at every candela setting, flashing about once per second. The device measures 3 x 4-5/8 x 1-1/8 in, stands about 1 in off the wall, fits 1-gang, 2-gang, 4 in octagon and 4 in square boxes at least 1-1/2 in deep, and takes 12 to 18 AWG wire on in-out screw terminals. The strobe is UL 1971 listed for indoor, wall-mounted public mode notification.

A trim ring is required on boxes wider than 3 in: G1TR in red or G1TW in white. Color matched one-gang surface boxes are 27193-11 (red) and 27193-16 (white), and the replacement cover for this model is G1VWF-SP-CVR. LED strobes can share a circuit with legacy Xenon strobes.
