The MikroTik CME22-2n-BG77 CME Gateway is a rugged, low-cost IoT and M2M edge router designed to bridge legacy Ethernet devices to a CAT-M narrowband LTE mobile network. Built around a QCA9531 MIPSBE processor running RouterOS v7 (License Level 4), it delivers reliable cellular connectivity for applications where wired infrastructure is impractical — remote utility metering, agricultural equipment monitoring, environmental sensing, and distributed industrial automation. A built-in GNSS receiver enables location-aware scripting and asset-tracking workflows directly within RouterOS. The enclosure carries an IP66 ingress-protection rating, making it suitable for outdoor, damp, or dusty deployments. Flexible powering via 802.3af/at PoE-in, a wide-range 2-pin DC terminal, and 802.3af/at PoE-out on the second Ethernet port simplifies installation at remote sites. An integrated single-chain 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi radio allows on-site configuration through the MikroTik smartphone application without requiring a separate management network.
