The MikroTik CRS105-5S-FB FiberBox is an outdoor-rated managed switch built around five SFP ports, purpose-designed for fiber deployments where copper Ethernet cabling would be impractical due to distance or environmental constraints. Running MikroTik RouterOS (license level 5) on a QCA8511 MIPSBE architecture processor at 400 MHz, the unit delivers full Layer 2/3 switching capability in a passively cooled, weatherproof enclosure. A preinstalled RJ45 SFP module (S-RJ01) in port one provides immediate copper connectivity out of the box, while all five ports can accept 1.25 Gbit SFP fiber modules when full fiber operation is required. Mounting hardware including a hose clamp and zip ties is included, making the FiberBox ready for pole, mast, and tower installations without additional hardware.
