Motorola PMMN4171A RM530 IMPRES Windporting Remote Speaker Microphone IP67 for MOTOTRBO R5

The Motorola PMMN4171A is the RM530 IMPRES remote speaker microphone for MOTOTRBO R5 portable radios. It uses a Windporting microphone design and AI-trained noise suppression to reduce wind and background noise, and it is rated IP67.

A 3.5 mm threaded audio jack accepts compatible earpieces, including receive-only earpieces for discreet monitoring. It includes a low-profile swivel clip and measures 3.07 x 0.87 x 2.32 in (78 x 22 x 59 mm) without the clip. Motorola lists the RM530 with the UL mark for the R5. The R5 is certified to ANSI/TIA4950 as intrinsically safe only when properly equipped with a Motorola UL-approved battery, such as the PMNN4890. The microphone has no display, volume control, channel control or programmable button.
