What it is and who it is for

The PCTEL MUF-4065 is a field adjustable UHF mobile antenna for 406 to 430 MHz with 5 dBi of gain, 50 ohm nominal impedance and a 200 W power rating.

It has a maximum length of 81 cm, stainless steel construction, a chrome bronze alloy base with a molded polymer insulator and a 1-1/8-18 thread connection for a 3/4 inch NMO mount. It is offered with or without a stainless steel spring.

  • Best for: vehicle UHF radios on 406 to 430 MHz that need extra gain.
  • Fits: 3/4 inch NMO mounts (1-1/8-18 thread connection).
  • Important to know: mount and cable are not listed as included, and the spring option is a separate configuration.
