The Phox PHH221 is a PTT speaker microphone with a round 8-pin multipole connector for HYT MD760, MD780 and MD786 mobile radios. It is rated IP54 for protection against dust and liquid splashes.

The retractable cable is black satin PU with Kevlar reinforcement and an 88 lb (40 kg) pull test rating, and the connector has double-stamped reinforcement. The PTT button is designed for operation with gloves in low temperatures.
