What it is and who it is for

The Seco-Larm SD-969-T15Q/S is a 15 in (39 cm) armored electric door cord in silver. It carries the wiring from the frame to an electric lock or access device mounted in the door, with a stainless steel armored cord and removable die-cast aluminum end caps.

Each end has a terminal block with pre-wired cables for 8 connections, wired one-to-one so each terminal matches the same number on the other block. The removable covers let the cord stay in place while the wiring is accessed. Maximum current is 3 A at 30 VAC/VDC, the cord has a 5/16 in (8 mm) inside and 7/16 in (11 mm) outside diameter, and it surface mounts with the included security screws.
