What it is and who it is for

The Txpro TX-KSC24 is a compatible rapid desktop charger for Kenwood NiMH batteries KNB-14, KNB-15A, KNB-16A, KNB-17A, KNB-20N, KNB-21N, KNB-22N, KNB-22NC and KNB-52N, used on radios such as the TK-2100, TK-3100 and TK-480.

It runs from 120 VAC with an 800 mA load current and charges batteries with or without the radio. Multi color LEDs show status: green for battery detected or fully charged, red for charging or fault, flashing red for an open battery. Charging stops on temperature rise, maximum voltage, maximum temperature or maximum charging time.

  • Best for: replacing or adding chargers for Kenwood TK series fleets that use NiMH batteries.
  • Fits: TK-2100, TK-3100, TK-2102A, TK-3102A, TK-2102G, TK-3102G, TK-260, TK-270, TK-280, TK-360, TK-370, TK-480 and TK-481 with the listed KNB batteries.
  • Important to know: this is a Txpro brand compatible replacement charger, not an original Kenwood part. A vehicle cigarette lighter adapter is sold separately.
