The Txpro TXII218 is a compatible power harness for Icom IC-F121, IC-F221, IC-F5013, IC-F6013, IC-F5021, IC-F6021 and IC-F621 mobile radios. The source lists Icom OPC-1132, OPC-346, 8900004540 and 8900011781 as the parts it replaces.

It uses 14 AWG 2 conductor cable with 57 x 0.195 bare copper strands, PVC insulation rated for -4 F to 221 F, and a 15 A 32 V fuse.
