About Charofil
Mexican mesh tray engineering for telecom and electrical cabling.
Charofil is the Mexican wire mesh cable tray pioneer, founded in 1993 with the mission of developing channeling systems that improve electrical and telecommunications installations. The portfolio anchors on wire mesh cable trays (mesh trays) in multiple widths (100, 150, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700 mm typical) and bend heights (33, 66, 100 mm), with carrying capacities ranging from 22 kg/m for narrow trays to 87 kg/m for wide trays at standard support spacing. Extended product lines include ladder trays, solid-bottom and perforated trays, hinged square ducts, rigid and flexible conduit, and accessory cable management products. The brand exports to multiple countries and is the preferred mesh tray specification across commercial electrical and structured cabling integration in the LATAM market.
EhubAmerica stocks the most-requested Charofil SKUs in our Doral, FL warehouse: wire mesh trays in common widths (100, 200, 300 mm), bend heights, and 3-meter section lengths in EZ electrozincado finish (galvanizado electrozincado, the stock finish), accessory clips and clamps (MG-51-111EZ straight clips for joining 150-700 mm wide tray sections), MG-51-KIT3GBM and KIT4GBM accessory kits for tray joining and derivations including tropicalized variants for humid and outdoor environments, mounting brackets and threaded rod accessories (CH-VR-6-3000TR 1/4-inch tropicalized threaded rod in 3 meter lengths), and cable management accessories. Specialty finishes (GAC hot-dip galvanized, INOX 304L and INOX 316L stainless steel) are typically build-to-order with 1-2 week lead times from Charofil distribution.
The Charofil lineup is the practical choice for commercial electrical integrators handling structured cabling and electrical conduit installs across commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial buildings where mesh tray is the preferred cable management approach over solid conduit, data center installers specifying mesh tray for under-floor or overhead cable distribution where airflow and cable access matter, LATAM-market integrators familiar with Charofil from the Mexican commercial market and looking to source the brand for US-based projects, and industrial integrators specifying corrosion-resistant tray finishes (GAC hot-dip galvanized for outdoor or chemical environments, INOX 304L or 316L stainless for marine and food-grade applications).
Product lines we stock
Our active Charofil catalog sorts into four practical categories. Wire mesh cable trays common widths (100, 200, 300 mm), bend heights (33, 66 mm), 3-meter section lengths in EZ electrozincado stock finish, with specialty widths up to 700 mm available from distribution. Tray accessories and clips MG-51 series straight clips and joining accessories for connecting tray sections, MG-51-KIT series accessory kits for joining and derivations including tropicalized variants for humid environments. Mounting and support hardware threaded rod (CH-VR series, including tropicalized for outdoor and humid zones), mounting brackets, ceiling supports, and wall mounting accessories. Specialty finishes GAC hot-dip galvanized, INOX 304L and INOX 316L stainless steel finishes available build-to-order for corrosive environments (marine, chemical processing, food-grade).
Why EhubAmerica
Four reasons cable integrators choose us for Charofil.
Stocked
Real Charofil inventory in our Doral, FL warehouse: wire mesh trays in common widths and bend heights, MG-51 clips and accessory kits, mounting hardware.
Tray-engineered
We calculate tray width by cable count and jacket diameter, plus appropriate support spacing for carrying capacity. Tell us your cable list and we recommend the right tray.
Supported
Engineering desk for tray width selection, support spacing calculation (carrying capacity drops with wider spacing), finish selection (EZ for interior, GAC for outdoor, INOX for marine and chemical), and accessory bundling.
Backed
48-hour RMA replacement window on warrantied units. Charofil manufacturer warranty (typically 1 year) honored through us for in-warranty cases.
Frequently asked
Charofil questions, mesh tray answers.
Specific to commercial electrical integrators, data center installers, LATAM-market integrators sourcing Charofil for US projects, and industrial integrators specifying corrosion-resistant tray finishes for marine or chemical environments.
Do you stock Charofil in Miami?
Yes. We stock wire mesh trays in 100, 200, 300 mm widths and 33, 66 mm bend heights in 3-meter section lengths (EZ electrozincado finish stock), MG-51 series straight clips for joining tray sections, MG-51-KIT3GBM and KIT4GBM accessory kits, and CH-VR threaded rod (tropicalized 1/4-inch). Most in-stock orders ship same-day when placed before 2 PM ET. Specialty finishes (GAC hot-dip galvanized, INOX stainless) are build-to-order with 1-2 week lead times.
How do I size Charofil tray width for my cable count?
Total the cross-sectional area of all cables (cable diameter squared, times pi over 4, summed across all cables), multiply by 1.5-2x for proper fill ratio (per NEC 40 percent fill rule), and select tray width with internal area meeting or exceeding that target. As rough guidance: 100 mm tray handles around 30-40 Cat 6 cables, 200 mm handles 60-80, 300 mm handles 100-130. For higher-density runs or power plus low-voltage in the same tray (with appropriate dividers), step up the width. We help calculate from your cable list.
EZ versus GAC versus INOX 304L versus INOX 316L: which finish do I need?
EZ (galvanizado electrozincado) is the stock finish, suitable for interior commercial and dry environments. GAC (galvanizado por inmersión en caliente, hot-dip galvanized) handles outdoor and moderate corrosion. INOX 304L stainless steel handles moderate corrosion environments (food processing, light marine). INOX 316L stainless handles aggressive corrosion (heavy marine, saltwater-adjacent, chemical processing). For Florida coastal installs, INOX 316L is recommended for fully exposed locations. Tell us the environment and we recommend the right finish.
What support spacing should I use for Charofil mesh tray?
Carrying capacity drops as support spacing increases. For typical 200 mm wide tray: 50 kg/m capacity at 1.50 m support spacing, 39 kg/m at 1.80 m. For 300 mm wide tray: 87 kg/m at 1.50 m, 78 kg/m at 1.80 m. As cable load increases or for high-density runs, reduce support spacing to 1.20-1.50 m. For light loads in dry interior environments, 1.80-2.00 m spacing is sometimes acceptable. We help calculate per-project based on your cable load.
Are Charofil clips and accessories required, or can I use generic?
The MG-51 series Charofil clips are engineered specifically for Charofil tray dimensions and provide warranty-supported joining. Generic clips may work mechanically but typically void the Charofil installation warranty and may not meet the carrying capacity ratings the tray system was engineered for. For warranty-supported professional installs, use the matching Charofil MG-51 accessories. For non-warranty or DIY projects, generic clips work.
