If a product is not right, you have 30 days to start a return. We issue your RMA within one business day and keep you posted through inspection and refund.
How a return works
Request an RMA
Contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Include your order or invoice reference. We issue the RMA within one business day.
Pack it properly
Put the item back in its original packaging with all parts and accessories, include the RMA number, and use the same or a comparable shipping container.
Ship it back
Send it to the address on your RMA instructions. You cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Condition and restocking
To be accepted for a full refund, an item must come back unused and in the same resalable condition you received it, in its original packaging.
What we verify on every return
To protect both sides and keep pricing honest, every return is inspected before a refund is approved.
- Serial numbers are recorded internally at the time we ship. Serialized items are checked against that record when the return arrives.
- Returns must ship in the same or a comparable container to the one the item was received in, so it arrives in resalable condition.
- If a product arrives back smashed or not resalable because of the packaging or shipping method chosen, we are not able to refund that return.
This verification is standard practice to prevent return fraud. It does not change anything for a normal return of an unused item in its original packaging.

Damaged or defective on arrival
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will send return instructions and cover the shipping cost for the replacement.
