About ICT

Canadian DC power engineering for ruggedized applications.

ICT (Innovative Circuit Technology) is a Canadian DC power solutions manufacturer headquartered in British Columbia, building battery chargers, power distribution panels, and DC power conversion equipment specifically engineered for harsh-environment applications: commercial vehicles (fire trucks, EMS ambulances, police, fleet vehicles), marine applications, telecom site backup, public safety infrastructure, and any deployment where the standard consumer or commercial UPS will not survive the environment or the duty cycle.

EhubAmerica stocks the most-requested ICT SKUs in our Doral, FL warehouse: ICT Series intelligent battery chargers (multi-stage charging with temperature compensation for AGM, Lithium, and Flooded batteries), DC distribution panels with fuse and breaker protection sized for vehicle and telecom applications, AC to DC power supplies in 12V, 24V, and 48V configurations, DC to DC converters for stepping voltage between vehicle batteries and equipment loads, and DC surge protection modules for protecting expensive radio and electronics gear in vehicles and outdoor installations.

The ICT lineup is the practical choice for commercial vehicle fitters installing two-way radios, emergency lighting, GPS, telematics, and electronics in fire, EMS, police, and fleet vehicles where reliable DC power and proper battery charging extends equipment life, marine integrators outfitting commercial vessels with electronics that need 12V or 24V DC distribution with appropriate fusing, telecom integrators setting up DC power for cabinet-mounted radios and infrastructure with battery backup, and public safety integrators specifying ICT chargers and distribution for tower sites and mobile command vehicles.

Product lines we stock

Our active ICT catalog sorts into four practical categories. Intelligent battery chargers ICT Series multi-stage chargers with temperature compensation, supporting AGM, Lithium, and Flooded battery chemistries across common amperage ratings. DC distribution panels fused and breaker-protected DC distribution sized for vehicle and telecom applications with multiple output circuits. AC to DC power supplies ruggedized 12V, 24V, and 48V supplies for equipment needing clean DC from AC mains. DC to DC converters and surge protection voltage step-up and step-down converters for vehicle electronics, plus DC surge protection modules for protecting downstream equipment.

Why EhubAmerica

Four reasons vehicle and telecom integrators choose us for ICT.

Stocked

Real ICT inventory in our Doral, FL warehouse: ICT Series battery chargers, DC distribution panels, AC to DC power supplies, DC to DC converters, surge protection.

Battery-matched

Charger selection by battery chemistry: AGM, Lithium (LiFePO4), and Flooded require different charging profiles. We help you match the right ICT charger to your battery.

Supported

Engineering desk for vehicle power audit (total DC load, fuse and breaker sizing, alternator capacity vs charging load), telecom backup sizing, and DC to DC converter selection.

Backed

48-hour RMA replacement window on warrantied units. ICT manufacturer warranty honored through us for in-warranty cases.

Frequently asked

ICT questions, DC power answers.

Specific to commercial vehicle fitters (fire, EMS, police, fleet), marine integrators, telecom site builders, and public safety integrators sourcing battery chargers, DC distribution, and DC power conversion.

Do you stock ICT in Miami?

Yes. We stock ICT Series intelligent battery chargers across common amperage ratings, DC distribution panels with fuse and breaker protection, AC to DC power supplies (12V, 24V, 48V), DC to DC converters, and DC surge protection. Most in-stock orders ship same-day when placed before 2 PM ET.

Which ICT charger fits AGM versus Lithium versus Flooded batteries?

ICT Series intelligent chargers support multiple battery chemistries with selectable charging profiles. AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) charges to about 14.4V bulk and floats at 13.5-13.8V. Lithium (LiFePO4) charges to about 14.2-14.4V bulk with no float (constant voltage), and Flooded charges to about 14.6V bulk and floats at 13.5V. Choosing the wrong profile shortens battery life significantly. Tell us your battery chemistry and we recommend the right ICT charger profile setting.

Can you help size DC distribution for my emergency vehicle?

Yes. For an emergency vehicle (fire truck, ambulance, police car), the total DC load includes: two-way radios, mobile data terminals, emergency lighting, sirens, telematics, scanners, and any accessories. Total the continuous load and peak load, add a fuse or breaker per circuit sized to the load plus 25 percent, and add up to 20 percent headroom on the distribution panel total capacity. Send us the equipment list and we recommend the right ICT DC distribution panel and per-circuit fuse sizing.

When do I need a DC to DC converter?

DC to DC converters are needed when the source DC voltage (typically vehicle battery at 12V or 24V) doesn't match the load DC voltage (some equipment requires 24V on a 12V vehicle, or 13.8V regulated on a 12V vehicle with voltage fluctuation). Common scenarios: 12V vehicle plus 24V land mobile radio, 24V vehicle plus 12V accessory, or 12V vehicle plus regulated 13.8V power supply for sensitive electronics. Tell us the source voltage, target voltage, and load wattage and we recommend the right converter.

Are ICT products rated for marine use?

Some ICT products are specifically marine-rated (sealed enclosures, corrosion-resistant coatings, certified for marine power deployments). Others are general DC power products that work in marine applications when properly enclosed and protected from direct saltwater exposure. For commercial vessel installations, tell us the specific application and we recommend marine-rated SKUs or appropriate enclosures for general-rated products.

What is the ICT RMA process at EhubAmerica?

Send the unit with a brief problem description and the original order or invoice reference. We issue replacement within 48 hours of receipt for units under warranty. ICT manufacturer warranty terms vary by SKU but are typically 1-2 years on most chargers and distribution products. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from incorrect wiring polarity, lightning, water ingress, or improperly sized fuses.
