About Kenwood
Build quality that outlives the deployment.
Kenwood (JVCKENWOOD) has engineered professional two-way radio since the 1970s, building a reputation for Japanese build quality, long battery life, and audio clarity that has anchored deployments in security, hospitality, transportation, and industrial sectors for decades. Their lineup spans entry-level analog (TK-3230, TK-3402 ProTalk), professional analog and digital portables (TK-2000, TK-3000, NX-1000 series), and trunked NEXEDGE for multi-site coverage at scale.
EhubAmerica stocks the most-requested Kenwood SKUs in our Doral, FL warehouse: NX-series digital portables, TK-series analog and digital, ProTalk entry-level business radios, mobiles, repeaters, and the batteries and accessories that ship with most deployments. Programming, RMA, and engineering questions are handled in-house, not bounced to a manufacturer queue.
The Kenwood lineup is the default choice for security companies running multi-site operations, hotels and resorts standardizing on a durable handheld, transportation and logistics fleets needing fleet-tier reliability, manufacturing plants where dust and vibration take a toll, and commercial sites needing NXDN or DMR digital coverage.
Product lines we stock

Kenwood questions, B2B answers.
Specific to security companies, hospitality groups, fleet operators, and integrators deploying NX-series digital, TK-series, NEXEDGE, or ProTalk. For sizing or quoting, send us the deployment context.
Do you stock Kenwood radios in Miami?
Yes for NX-series digital portables (NX-1000, NX-3000, NX-5000), TK-series analog and digital (TK-2000, TK-3000), ProTalk business radios (TK-3230, TK-3402), and mobiles and repeaters across the most-requested SKUs. Most in-stock orders ship same-day when placed before 2 PM ET.
Can you program Kenwood radios before they ship?
Yes. Our in-house programming desk handles codeplugs, frequencies, encryption keys, contact lists, NEXEDGE configurations, and zone setups across the NX, TK, and ProTalk lines. Send us the spec or an existing codeplug file and we ship the units ready to deploy. Programming turnaround is typically 24 hours.
What is the difference between NX-series and TK-series?
NX-series is Kenwood's digital line (NXDN and DMR modes, GPS, encryption, advanced features). The NX-1000 is entry-level digital, NX-3000 is mid-tier with more I/O, and NX-5000 is the premium line including P25 capability. TK-series is mostly analog with some digital variants, used for legacy deployments and mid-tier commercial. For new digital deployments, NX is the default recommendation.
What is NEXEDGE and which models support it?
NEXEDGE is Kenwood's proprietary trunked digital protocol, common in hospitality, security, and multi-site commercial deployments. NEXEDGE is supported by the NX-200, NX-300, NX-700, and NX-800 series along with NXR-700 and NXR-800 repeaters. For trunked deployments under NEXEDGE, we can quote portables, mobiles, and the repeater infrastructure together.
Do you offer dealer pricing on Kenwood?
Yes. Qualified dealers and integrators receive tier-based pricing on volume orders. Apply via our dealer registration or request a quote with your company information, EIN, and the deployment scale. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
What is the Kenwood RMA process at EhubAmerica?
Send the unit with a brief problem description and the original order or invoice reference. We issue replacement within 48 hours of receipt for units under warranty. RMA forms and prepaid shipping labels are provided after a quick email exchange. Out-of-warranty repairs are routed through manufacturer service centers with quoted pricing.
