About Yeastar
On-premise PBX for SMB with broad analog integration.
Yeastar is a Chinese VoIP manufacturer specializing in on-premise IP PBX appliances and SIP gateways for the SMB and small commercial market. The portfolio is anchored on the P-Series IP PBX (P560, P570 for medium SMB) and the S-Series IP PBX (S20, S50, S100, S300 across the smaller-to-larger SMB tiers), with each appliance providing SIP trunking, optional analog line cards (FXO for incoming analog trunks, FXS for analog extension ports), voicemail, IVR, queues, conferencing, and the standard PBX features expected in office telephony. TA-series analog gateways and TB-series BRI gateways extend the platform to integrate legacy analog lines and ISDN BRI into modern SIP infrastructure.
EhubAmerica stocks the most-requested Yeastar SKUs in our Doral, FL warehouse: P-Series P560 and P570 IP PBX appliances, S-Series S20, S50, S100 IP PBX, TA-series analog gateways in 4-port, 8-port, 16-port, and 24-port FXS / FXO variants, TB-series BRI gateways for ISDN integration, and the matching power supplies. We can pre-configure PBX appliances before shipping (extension setup, SIP trunk configuration, dial plan, IVR menus, voicemail) for MSP rollouts.
The Yeastar lineup is the practical choice for SMB IT teams running on-premise telephony where data sovereignty (calls and recordings staying on local network) or one-time-CapEx preference over monthly hosted-PBX subscription matters, MSPs deploying PBX systems to client offices on a budget tighter than Grandstream UCM or 3CX licensing, integrators handling hybrid analog-to-SIP migrations where existing analog phone lines and analog extension phones need to be brought into a unified SIP infrastructure, and VoIP resellers needing affordable on-premise PBX alternatives for cost-conscious customers.
Product lines we stock

Frequently asked
Yeastar questions, on-prem PBX answers.
Specific to SMB IT teams, MSPs, integrators handling hybrid analog-to-SIP migrations, and VoIP resellers deploying on-premise PBX appliances at competitive cost.
Do you stock Yeastar in Miami?
Yes. We stock P-Series P560 and P570 IP PBX appliances, S-Series S20, S50, S100 IP PBX, TA-series analog gateways (4 / 8 / 16 / 24-port FXS / FXO variants), and TB-series BRI gateways. Most in-stock orders ship same-day when placed before 2 PM ET.
P-Series versus S-Series: which should I deploy?
P-Series is the newer line with stronger feature set, LDAP integration, more advanced call management, and longer manufacturer roadmap. S-Series is the established workhorse line with modular analog card expansion and broader installed base. For new SMB deployments where you want the newest feature set, P-Series. For deployments needing maximum analog card flexibility or matching an existing S-Series installed base, S-Series. Tell us your extension count, concurrent call target, and analog requirements and we recommend the right model.
Yeastar versus Grandstream UCM versus 3CX: how do they compare?
All three are credible on-premise IP PBX platforms. Yeastar is typically the lowest unit cost and has broad analog gateway portfolio (strong for hybrid analog-to-SIP migrations). Grandstream UCM has wider ecosystem (phones, intercoms, WiFi, cameras from same vendor) and competitive feature density. 3CX is a software-only platform requiring its own appliance or server, has stronger Windows and unified communications integration, and uses a subscription license model. For pure on-premise hardware appliance with broad analog support at low cost, Yeastar. For one-vendor ecosystem, Grandstream UCM. For software-based with strong UC, 3CX.
When do I need TA-series analog gateways?
TA-series gateways extend your PBX with FXO ports (to terminate incoming analog phone lines from the telephone company into your SIP PBX) and FXS ports (to power and serve analog extension phones, like the existing analog handsets in your office that you don't want to replace). Common scenario: SMB office migrating to VoIP but keeping existing 4-8 analog lines from the local telephone company plus 12 analog handsets at desks. A TA-series gateway with appropriate FXO and FXS port counts handles both. Many P-Series and S-Series PBX appliances also have analog port modules onboard, reducing the need for separate gateways for small deployments.
Can you pre-configure Yeastar PBX before shipping?
Yes. PBX pre-configuration typically includes: extension setup (per-extension SIP credentials, display name, voicemail PIN), SIP trunk configuration (provider details, codecs), dial plan (outbound rules, inbound DID routing), IVR menus and voicemail, time-of-day routing for after-hours, and any custom feature codes. Send us the extension list, trunk provider, and call flow requirements and we ship pre-configured units in 24-48 hours.
What is the Yeastar RMA process at EhubAmerica?
Send the unit with a brief problem description and the original order or invoice reference. We issue replacement within 48 hours of receipt for units under warranty. Yeastar standard warranty is typically 1 year on most SKUs and longer on selected appliances. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from power surges, lightning, water ingress, or end-user firmware mis-flashing.
