Description: 2.36 in Fan Mount for NEMA Enclosures
Material: ABS.
Gap dimensions: Ø 62.50 mm.
Compatibility for 2.36 in fans only.
The vent provides natural or forced access to room temperature air to prevent overheating of the interior of the cabinet and the equipment within it.
It is recommended for integrations that have battery housing and other equipment that can generate a temperature increase that exceeds the equipment's operating range.
Note: The use of vents reduces the degree of protection against ingress of dust and water.
Recommendation for use:
Generally, one vent is used for the hot air outlet installed in the upper part of the cabinet and a second one for the intake of fresh air located in the lower part of it.
One or two fans can be added to each fan to improve the heat exchange process.
It is recommended for use in ABS plastic or PBT / PC blend cabinets but can also be used in metal cabinets.
